Sarah's sport vita can be described as a steep curve of adrenalin. What started off with cute horse riding led to tennis, climbing cliffs and eventually ended up in jumping out of planes. But sharing is caring, right? A few years ago she decided it's time to share some of the energy and became a fitness and personal trainer as well as an instructor for the Megaformer. Before moving to Berlin in 2019, she pushed the limits of sport enthusiasts in Hamburg.
