Whether it's volleyball, swimming or athletics, sports have played a large part in Denise's life right from childhood. That’s probably the reason she gets restless legs when not moving. Her personal cure? Dancing! It’s no surprise that she immediately fell in love with indoor cycling and became a certified indoor cycling instructor and fitness trainer herself. Since 2021 participants in Denise’s class have been filled with dopamine when pushing through burning sprints and heavy hills to ride mixes you won’t hear anywhere else. These mixes combine cutting-edge techno and more melodic house to get everyone in the ride room pumped! From 2023 Denise is bringing the same energy to the Beat81 HIIT classes too!

Being a queer person themselves Edgar wants to build safe spaces for all kinds of bodies and people with all kinds of experience. True to the motto "Don't stop until you're proud" I started to make my passion my profession.   I have been active in sports for over 15 years and train daily in the gym or with HIIT. I made my  aerobics and fitness trainer license about 5 years ago, now I've been giving classes independently for over 3 years.   I love to motivate people and create a community in which everyone feels good, because sport is not only there to exhaust yourself but should create a save space for everybody.
