Riding is one of my favourite things to do. Letting the music drive me whilst I work out is incredibly freeing. I know how much sport can affect our mental health and just improve our quality of life. This is what it's all about - feeling good about ourselves, so my goal is for you to have fun, enjoy your ride and leave the room full of positive feelings and a lot of energy for the outside world!
