I started with sports very early in my live at 4 years old with ballet which I was passionate about until around 15 years old. I quit because of other interests increasing and a lack of time during my school years. After I discovered my passion for training in the gym, starting with group fitness courses and continuing with my own training plans and concept. I started working at a gym in Munich and really developed a routine and integrated the sports intonmy daily life. During the years I really developed a need and love for sports, especially for High intensity Trainings where you can really push yourself to the limit and feel the endorphins rising in your body during and after your workout. I do those training sessions now for 10 years almost every day and am still very passionate about it. I love to bring my passion and motivation into the class as a coach.
