Hey there! I’m Lisa, a clinical neuropsychology student and the hype woman for everyone in need. I’m excited to support you on your journey of self-development – be it trying out something new, incorporating fitness into your life, or reaching for the highest of highs while training. As an avid weightlifter for over 7 years and a sports lover in general, I’d like to share with you the experience of working out together and how even more fun it can be when we motivate and support each other. I will put a particular focus on developing a healthy and resilient mindset with you to embrace the burn and face every challenge that comes your way while never losing sight of your technique and physical health. If you’re in the mood for an energy boost and ready to give it your 100, 80 or even 50% to some banger music, it’s only a matter of time until we meet each other!
