Hi, I'm Lisa! For me doing sports is not only a way to stay physically healthy but - even more important to me - mentally healthy. While I am spending my professional day in front of a screen, I love to turn off my mind during an intense workout - no matter if cycling, running, boxing, or HIIT. My two favorite moments of every cycling session are at the beginning when the beat is hitting and I can't stop but smile, and at the end when I realize that I've pushed through the workout and gave my best of the day. And this is also what I promise you: I will give my everything to help you push through while having a blast. Can't wait to ride with you!
