With more than 20 years of experience in swimming, triathlon, running and much more, I bring firsthand experience and a deep understanding of pushing limits and mind-body-connection. Holding both a B- and an A-license as a fitness coach, I blend science-backed knowledge with enthusiasm and so making fitness more than just enjoyable.
