Hey everybody I am Paula, your coach and exited for you to join my class! I am always eager to try some new type of sports and in my opinion working out is the best way not only to improve your physical strength but your mental strength as well. In my workouts I want to motivate you, help push you and see you leaving the class with a smile and a good feeling about yourself.
