Hello folks, I’m Lana, dancing, fitness & yoga coach and am super excited to train with you with Beat81! I am a big fan of fitness workouts because I experienced it’s huge impact on myself as an active dancer: Regular workouts made me so much stronger, shaped my body, they prevent injuries and offer opportunities for meeting new people! Consistency, variety in workout structure and having fun are the key to getting results. And once you see the results - you don’t stop anymore. In my workouts I am sharing with you my burning passion for fitness, because I want you to achieve your fitness goals. If I manage to profit from working out that much, you can do it too!
