Our ultimate 90-minute endurance ride, built on the same mechanics as RIDE: Classic — extended to challenge stamina, focus, and pacing. A continuous, music-driven interval ride with clear push–recovery blocks, coach-led cues, and no choreography, designed for sustained effort and real endurance. 💥 What to expect: - Extended, high-intensity cycling built for longer, sustained efforts - Clear interval structure carried across a 90-minute format - Prolonged heart-rate load with limited mental downtime - A true test of stamina, focus, and consistency ⏱️ Example workout structure: This is a 90-minute interval ride using the same foundations as RIDE: CLASSIC. You’ll alternate pushes and recoveries across climbs, flats, and speed efforts — just longer, deeper, and more demanding. Heart-rate tracking helps you pace intelligently while staying challenged from start to finish. 👍 Who it’s for: Experienced riders who want to push their endurance and see how they perform over longer efforts. About Your Coach, Monica

Monica will push you to your limit with powerful hardstyle techno, combined with hip hop and reggaeton remixes for special rides. After a knee operation Monica discovered indoor spinning while still in crutches as a low impact training to help her leg muscles recover and get back to her sporty self. She believes in the power of high intensity workouts and recovery to increase overall health regardless of your starting point. Expect long hill pushes, strong intense beats, and themed rides that will make each class fly by as fast as your pedals. She will aim to make you score your highest results with each training and will push you to new personal heights.
