Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Julia

Julia is an energtic coach, with a lot of positive vibes and a personalized approach for the whole group. Her passion for various sports and her Studies in Fitness Economics lead her to several years of working experience as a fitness instructor. Paired with her Yoga and Breathwork background, Julia is aimed for a holistic approach to get the maximum out of every class. So be ready to have a powerful workout and be pushed to your limits while having a lot of fun.
