Julia is an energtic coach, with a lot of positive vibes and a personalized approach for the whole group. Her passion for various sports and her Studies in Fitness Economics lead her to several years of working experience as a fitness instructor. Paired with her Yoga and Breathwork background, Julia is aimed for a holistic approach to get the maximum out of every class.
