Dynamic Power is now HYBRID: Power A high-energy hybrid workout where strength meets speed. Full-body weighted cardio and power moves that push your heart rate up while building power, endurance, and explosive capacity. 💥 What to expect: - Power-driven, explosive plyo and weighted cardio that keeps intensity high - Short, punchy intervals designed to challenge you - Full-body HIIT training style - Heavier lifts and a faster pace vs HYBRID: Foundation ⏱️ Example workout structure: Full body circuit with weighted cardio, plyo and explosive movements. Each interval lasts 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. You complete 3 rounds, keeping intensity high from start to finish — with minimal downtime and maximum output. 💪 Who it’s for Built for experienced members with solid technique who want to break through plateaus. About Your Coach, Phuoc

Hi, I’m Phuoc. When I was a child my parents signed me up for all kind of martial arts classes and ended up practicing Taekwondo for more than 13 years and teaching for about 3 years. In order to prepare for tournaments I added a lot of fitness routines and eventually fell in love with functional fitness and the concept of HIIT. I believe that in order to improve yourself you have to find your limits and surpass them. Let’s find your limits and break them together!

Led by world-class coaches and powered by a community that keeps you moving, our workouts focus on building functional strength and cardiovascular endurance in an atmosphere that is fast, loud, and incredibly effective. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your performance or build a more powerful routine, this is where the work happens. All levels are welcome. The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction, toilets on-site ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
