Hi, I’m Phuoc. When I was a child my parents signed me up for all kind of martial arts classes and ended up practicing Taekwondo for more than 13 years and teaching for about 3 years. In order to prepare for tournaments I added a lot of fitness routines and eventually fell in love with functional fitness and the concept of HIIT. I believe that in order to improve yourself you have to find your limits and surpass them. Let’s find your limits and break them together!
