Description

A total-body strength workout built around ascending work time and descending load. With every set, the weight gets lighter and the time under tension increases — pushing your muscles deeper into fatigue and building strength endurance. 💥 What to expect: - Full-body strength training with a clear ladder structure - Increasing work intervals paired with decreasing load - Short rests that keep muscles under constant pressure - A strong focus on control, consistency, and muscular endurance ⏱️ Example workout structure: You’ll move through 8 strength stations, completing 3 consecutive sets per station. Each set increases in duration (20 → 22 → 24 seconds) with 5 seconds rest between sets. You have 20 seconds to change stations. You complete 2 full rounds, with a 1-minute recovery break after round one. 👍 Who it’s for: Anyone looking to challenge their strength endurance and push through muscular fatigue — ideal if you enjoy structured progressions and the burn that comes from sustained effort. The studio is located right on the street at Implerstraße 7, closest to U-Bahn station Poccistraße. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms and toilets on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms - bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
