Strength Double Set is now HYBRID: Strength Endurance A strength endurance workout built on sustained effort rather than maximum weight. You’ll train your muscles to maintain force output under fatigue—developing resilience, stamina, and long-lasting strength. 💥 What to expect: - Strength-led training with light cardio elements to warm you up - Short rest times between sets to fully fatigue the muscles - Around 10–15 reps per set focused on control and consistency (more reps and lower weights vs our BUILD formats) ⏱️ Example workout structure: You’ll move through 8 strength stations, completing 2 back-to-back sets per exercise. Each set lasts 34 seconds, followed by a 9-second break. You complete 2 full rounds, meaning you return to each station twice — challenging your ability to stay strong as fatigue builds. 👍 Who it’s for: Anyone who wants to build muscular endurance and strength stamina — ideal if you enjoy feeling worked, challenged, and pushed to maintain quality under fatigue. Meet Helen, a dancer, climber and coach who is here to make the workout the best part of your day. Her energetic training style challenges you to go beyond your limits, build endurance, and gain confidence in every movement. With Helen’s emotional intelligence, she will always be there for you, whether you need an extra push on that cardio exercise or help with your recovery. Expect to sweat, smile, and surprise yourself with what your body can do!
