BURN: Cardio conditioning A high-energy, cardio-focused workout designed to push your heart rate up and improve how efficiently you handle high-intensity intervals. 💥 What to expect: - Fast-paced, intense intervals that challenge your stamina - Minimal weights — only optional light loads to keep transitions quick and cardio the priority - Elevated heart rate from start to finish, with short recovery windows ⏱️ Example workout structure: One workout, two rounds, full-body intensity. You’ll move through 8 stations, completing two full rounds. In round one, each exercise is performed twice for 35 seconds with short recovery in between, creating sustained heart-rate pressure. After a 90-second break, round two switches to shorter, sharper intervals — 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off — focused on speed and maximum effort. 💪 Who it's for: Anyone looking to sweat hard, boost cardio fitness, and leave feeling fully worked.
