Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Emi

Meet Emi, a tenacious and persistent coach with a true passion for HIIT training — and yes, burpees too! With a diverse background spanning dance, strength and functional training, endurance sports, and yoga, Emi brings both power and balance to every class. Holding a university degree in sports, they combine expertise with high energy on the floor. For Emi, training is about resetting the brain and reconnecting with the body — and that’s exactly how they want you to feel after every session: stronger, clearer, and empowered.

Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
