Description

Climb your way to stronger lifts! With every set, the work time increases while the weight gets lighter. It's a total-body strength ladder. 8 stations, Each station has 3 strength sets (20s → 22s → 24s) with 5s break between each. Change stations: 20s. 2 rounds. 1-minute long break after round 1. Burn out the muscles with descending load and increasing time—perfect for strength endurance.

The studio is located right on the street at Implerstraße 7, closest to U-Bahn station Poccistraße. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms and toilets on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms - bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
