Description

STRENGTH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.

About Your Coach, Kai

Hi, I’m Kai, a dedicated fitness coach with a passion for both endurance-sports and lifting weights and a mission to inspire your fitness journey. With more than 20 years of experience in swimming, triathlon, running and much more, I bring firsthand experience and a deep understanding of pushing limits and mind-body-connection. Holding both a B- and an A-license as a fitness coach, I blend science-backed knowledge with enthusiasm and so making fitness more than just enjoyable. My goal is simple: to guide you, motivate you, and celebrate your successes as we work together towards strength, endurance and vitality. Let's embark on this exhilarating fitness adventure together!

The studio is located right on the street at Implerstraße 7, closest to U-Bahn station Poccistraße. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms and toilets on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms - bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
