Our signature Ride45 workout is now RIDE: Classic. Music-driven cycling that builds confidence on the bike. Forget choreographic moves. Learn solid technique and build cardiovascular fitness with energetic, coach-led intervals that will leave you sweating hard. 💥 What to expect: - No choreography, no fluff — music sets the energy, the focus stays on effort - Cardio conditioning on the bike — high-intensity intervals that build stamina and endurance - Clear structure from start to finish — push–recovery blocks to manage effort and progress over time - Expert coach-led cues — simple instructions so you can ride hard without overthinking ⏱️ Example workout structure: This is our classic 45-minute interval ride. You’ll alternate pushes and recoveries across different intensities (climbs, flats, and speed efforts) to keep your heart rate challenged from start to finish. Live heart-rate tracking helps you stay on pace and see your effort in real time. 💪 Who it’s for: Anyone who wants intense cycling for real stamina — great for first-timers and regular riders alike. Low-impact on joints, high on sweat. PLEASE NOTE: - Towels and cycling shoes are provided. About Your Coach, Julia

Julia is a passionate spinning coach who brings her love for road biking and fitness in general to Beat 81. Inspired by her summer rides on the open road, Julia shares her enthusiasm for cycling while encouraging you to become better versions of yourself. She believes that with every pedal stroke, we grow stronger—not just physically, but mentally too. Julia’s coaching philosophy centers on finding joy in challenges, focusing on the positives, and celebrating the growth that comes from hard work. Outside the studio, she enjoys yoga, running, and surfing whenever she can. Clients can expect a loving, enthusiastic, and positive coach who motivates them to connect happy moments with their fitness journey and achieve their personal best.

Whether you’re new or a regular, this studio is your hub for high-energy workouts and community support. You can reach our cycling studio at Aurbacherstraße with bus 58, or at Carl-Amery-Platz, with bus N45, 68 or tram 25, or tram 25 at Carl-Amery-Platz. or at Regerplatz with tram 25, bus N45 and 62 and then it’s just a short walk to our studio! ⏰ IMPORTANT: Be On Time The Ride Room door closes 5 minutes before class starts – no exceptions. First ride? Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for onboarding.
