Julia is a passionate spinning coach who brings her love for road biking and fitness in general to Beat 81. Inspired by her summer rides on the open road, Julia shares her enthusiasm for cycling while encouraging you to become better versions of yourself. She believes that with every pedal stroke, we grow stronger—not just physically, but mentally too. Julia’s coaching philosophy centers on finding joy in challenges, focusing on the positives, and celebrating the growth that comes from hard work. Outside the studio, she enjoys yoga, running, and surfing whenever she can. Clients can expect a loving, enthusiastic, and positive coach who motivates them to connect happy moments with their fitness journey and achieve their personal best.
