Bring some water and a towel. You will be sweating :-)
Wear comfortable training clothing and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. While working out, your personal belongings can be safely stored in our cargo bike.
Most of our indoor locations offer showers, changing rooms and lockers. Please check out the location page to find out what exactly is offered.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first workout, so you can get to know your coach, receive your heart rate sensor and learn what you can expect during training.
Knowing exactly how your heart responds as you work out allows you to find your most effective training zone and achieve greater results.
Before your first workout, enter your body stats in your profile and a heart rate sensor will be waiting for you.
