Hi, I’m Nicole - a cyclist, aspiring triathlete, and coach for both RIDE and HIIT. I believe in training hard and moving with intention. I know the value of structured, challenging workouts - but I also believe they should leave you feeling uplifted, not just exhausted. For me, training is a reset button. It’s how I stay balanced, focused and energized - and that’s the feeling I want to pass on to you. Expect tough session with great music to help you push through till the end.
