Get your muscles pumping and your heart racing! This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

Meet Meg, a vibrant fitness coach with over 6 years of experience in the field. Hailing from the United States, her background in functional movement, weightlifting, mobility, and expertise in addressing injuries and limitations make her classes both effective and safe. Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. We recently introduced our new "Bring your own lock" locker solution. Feel free to bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings in the changing rooms during the workout.
