This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.

HOW TO FIND US: The workout area is located directly at the Fitness Exprerience Hub at Kemperplatz 1. The entrance is at the corner of the center, between the lawn and the Philharmonie. PLEASE NOTE: There are NO changing rooms are available. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
