Description
Build full-body strength with slow, controlled lifts. Each station challenges you with two back-to-back sets. Expect to feel the burn and progress with every round. Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.
About Your Coach, Spela
Hey there! My name is Špela. Ever since I was a little girl sports was a big part of my life. From climbing, indoor hockey to dance, training was an every day routine. Since I am a professional dancer, training every day, I used my body as a primary tool and had been dealt with injuries so fitness has been an important part me of getting stronger physically. I would love to share my knowledge with you and push you to your limits so that everyone goes home fulfilled!:) I am excited to see you on my workouts!

Welcome to our next indoor sub-lease in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Adi-Maislinger-Straße 9, 81373 Munich, close to Heimeranplatz. Please note that you can enter the building by pressing the door opener, which will open the door automatically. If the button does not work, please ring at "Iwanson Sixt Stiftung GmbH" and the coach will open the door (before 7:00am and on the weekend). The studio is on the first floor to the right. Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, and with indoor shoes (the coach will exclude you from the workout if you arrive with outdoor shoes).
