Description

Build full-body strength with slow, controlled lifts. Each station challenges you with two back-to-back sets. Expect to feel the burn and progress with every round. Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.

Quitting my office job to turn my hobby into a career was a big step out of my personal comfort zone. But what if I would've never risked it? I might've never been able to accompany so many great people on their personal fitness journey. I might’ve never experienced how much joy it brings to help people achieve their goals. I might’ve never realised that my so called "comfort zone" was not that comfortable at all. What if you step out of your comfort zone too? You'll never know unless you try! It's only you vs. you – but I'm here to support you when it come to fighting your inner demons. For that, I’ll not only guarantee good vibes and a safe space, but I’ll also support you on a professional level: With years of experience as a group coach, a certification as an A-licence trainer and Female Fitness Performance coach and my current study of sport science. Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
