Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.
As one of BEAT81’s longest standing coaches, Angus has the experience and knowledge to recognize your limits and push you there with a smile! Angus has worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in Australia from 2013-2019, while completing his Bachelor in Sport & Exercise Science. He then moved to Berlin to expand his knowledge and delve deeper into the world of HIIT Trainings. Since then he has also entered the world of RIDE where he will push your limits with face paced trance and tekno music.

Our coach-led workouts combine structured resistance stations with real-time heart rate tracking to help you build muscle, improve performance, and track real progress. Focused strength work, open to all levels. 💪 We've got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms and toilets on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle. Clean indoor shoes are mandatory for all workouts — no barefoot or shirtless training allowed. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
