Our NEW strength-focused workout, designed to BUILD muscle through time under tension and slow, controlled movements. 💥 What to expect: - Pure strength training — no cardio elements, with built-in rest to recover between sets - Lower reps than HYBRID formats, so you can lift heavier and focus on long-term strength gains - Weights should feel challenging but controlled, with quality and form over speed ⏱️ How it works: You’ll move through 8 strength stations, completing 3 consecutive sets per exercise. Each set lasts 35 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest for muscle recovery. One round total — you hit each station once, with full focus and intent. 👍 Who it's for: Anyone looking to build real strength — beginners and experienced lifters welcome. BUILD your strength 💪

About Your Coach, Patrick

Patrick is a coach from Berlin who has lots of experience in both coaching classes and personal training. His original background lies in bodyweight-oriented training but has found a passion in weight-training a few years ago. Patrick is always positive and welcoming and has a keen eye to individual needs. Whether you want to push your limits or have a more laid-back workout, you need to join one of his classes! You can expect a varied workout with the aim to secure day-to-day functionality, help you stay healthy and bring a smile to your face!
