Description

Build full-body strength with slow, controlled lifts. Each station challenges you with two back-to-back sets. Expect to feel the burn and progress with every round. Emphasise proper form, static holds, and rep tempo. Members should aim for 70–90% of max effort. Cue heavy-to-light transitions and offer modifications. 8 stations, Each station features 1 exercise performed in 2 double sets (e.g., 1 → 1, 2 → 2). Work = 35s, Rest = 10s. 2 rounds. 1-minute break between rounds.

Hi, ich bin Tobi. Mittlerweile bin ich schon seit mehreren Jahren als Trainer und Athlet aktiv und habe in verschiedenen Sportarten Erfahrungen sammeln können. Ich liebe es, im Training und im Wettkampf, an meine sportlichen Grenzen und darüber hinaus zu gehen. Als dein Coach möchte ich auch dir helfen deine Grenzen auszutesten, diese neu zu definieren und deine körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit zu verbessern.
