Description
STRENTGH & CARDIO V2.0 will really test your speed and power. Get ready to conquer 2 rounds of 4 stations, each combining an exercise at our high-speed cardio machines (rower, ski-erg, assault bike) and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is 33 seconds long - enough time to push your limits! We use shareable Equipment. The equipment is disinfected after each class.
About Your Coach, Isabel
Hi, I'm Isabel. I have a passion for fitness & people. As a fitness coach it's my goal to provide you with the best workout experience possible. A session with me is filled with high energy, good vibes and lots of team spirit. If you are looking for a coach to support you individually while still keeping an eye on the fun you are right with me. I’m sure you will feel the endorphins afterwards.

PLEASE BE ON TIME 10 minutes before the workout starts, the door will not be answered anymore and you won't be able to get inside the studio. We hate to do this, but have to make sure the class can start on time. GETTING THERE - Ring the bell at Vossstr. 33 after selecting “BEAT81” and the door will be opened. - Don't ring at other neighbors in case the coach doesn't open right away but please wait. - Cross the entrance hall and go through the glass door to the backyard - Enter the door on the right and go upstairs to the first floor Toilets and changing rooms are available, but there are no showers. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. If you have any issue reaching the location please call the emergency line at +493083798610.
