Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

About Your Coach, Franzi

With years of experience of speed skating on ice, running, yoga and lifting weights, Franzi is never not excited meeting new challenges and trying new exercises. Always in a good mood, Franzi wants to have fun with you while testing and overcoming your limits. So, come by and sweat together — always supported by a certain sense of humor.

Right next to the U Rosenthaler Platz entrance on Brunnenstraße, you will find our studio in the second backyard of the building saying "Dieses Haus stand früher in einem anderen Land". Come down the stairs to train in our cozy, but legendary Mitte studio! Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. The showers are mixed and not separated in the individual changing rooms. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons.
