Arrival time: 15min before the workout Door closes: 5min before the workout starts RIDE is our signature high-intensity interval ride. Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains and race against others in the epic ride that uses our heart rate technology and state-of-the-art STAGES bikes. We believe the bike, the beat, the instructor and the group are a unique combination. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can sort out your shoes and give you proper instructions about the bike setup. PLEASE NOTE - We will provide towels and cycling shoes - training without shoes or shirtless is not allowed - pets are not allowed - Photosensitivity Warning: During our classes we use flashes of light that could trigger seizures for people with visual sensitivities.

About Your Coach, Peter

As a coordinator of housing services for people coming out of homelessness in Berlin, Peter is a firm advocate of using exercise to promote a healthy work-life balance and to have fun while relieving the stresses of everyday life. A long time HIIT student-turned instructor, Peter‘s classes will drive you to push your limits while taking care of yourself, aiming to have you leave refreshed and motivated to take on whatever life throws at you! During his rides, you can expect energetic and techno influenced tunes with high tempos and a good mix of heaviness and melody.

PLEASE BE ON TIME Make sure to arrive early enough as the door of the Ride room closes 5 min. before the class starts. We hate to do this, but we can't make any exceptions to make sure the class starts on time. GETTING THERE The studio is located at Zeughofstraße 20, just a 5 minutes walk from Görlitzer Bahnhof. Important: it is strictly prohibited to park bikes in the courtyard as the courtyard is a dedicated area for ONLY residents! As a friendly and respectful interaction with our neighbours is important to us, we kindly ask you to not park your bike there. YOUR FIRST RIDE AT BEAT81 Please be at the gym minimum 15 min. before the workout starts to get a quick onboarding, understand our safety rules and set up your bike. If you are late, we cannot guarantee you an onboarding and for safety reasons, we cannot let you participate in the class without it. PLEASE NOTE - Changing rooms and toilets are available. We will provide towels and cycling shoes. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear the shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Photosensitivity: Some of our classes may include visual elements with flashing lights or patterns that could trigger photosensitive epileptic seizures or other neurological symptoms in susceptible individuals. If you are sensitive to such stimuli, please exercise caution during these segments. Big Groups: Our cycling classes often involve dynamic and energetic group settings. If you feel uncomfortable in large groups or prefer a more intimate setting, please be aware that our classes may have a significant number of participants. Dark Rooms: To enhance the immersive experience, some classes may be conducted in dimly lit or darkened rooms. If you have concerns about navigating in low-light conditions, please let our staff know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Loud Music: Our classes feature energizing and upbeat music to keep you motivated. However, the volume may be loud to create an immersive atmosphere. If you are sensitive to loud sounds, we recommend bringing ear protection or adjusting your position in the room accordingly. Pets are not allowed.
