Description
A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.
About Your Coach, Pamela
Born and raised in Chile, her passion has always been movement. She studied Contemporary dance in Santiago de Chile and then worked as a freelance dancer both in South America and in Germany. Driven by her passion always looking for new ways of movement she became a fitness instructor in Berlin. Teaching many groups and people her love for movement and keeping our body healthy.
Place
Getting there: the studio is located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 19, just a 10-minute walk from U Kottbusser Tor. When you reach house number 19, go through the open driveway for firefighters. After walking about 20 meters, you'll notice a metallic fence on your left. Follow the fence for about 30 meters and enter through the metallic door next to it. Once inside, find the building door and go down one floor to reach the gym! PLEASE NOTE - Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
