Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

Meet Resi, a passionate sports enthusiast who loves bringing people together and helping them step beyond their comfort zones. As a coach, she creates an atmosphere that’s all about pushing your limits while recharging, moving, and feeling good in your body and mind. She’ll be right there cheering you on - making sure you have fun, challenge yourself, and leave with a smile (and definitely a ton of sweat, too).
