About Your Coach, Renee
Hello, hello! :) My name is Renee and I am a professional dancer at first but since I was little I have always been occupied with physical activities! I have experience in sports and fitness since I have trained Taekwondo, Ballet, dance in general, gym and fitness workouts for all my life. I would love to see you come and train with me! I can offer new and fun ways to do it :) I can lead you to your desired level and state of mind, I can help you on this journey to become the best version you want to become! Since sport is not just physical but also a mental activity, let’s meet, sweat, train and work on ourselves in a good and healthy way then enjoy our fruits we collected together after :) Looking forward to see you training with me!

Welcome to our next indoor sub-lease in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Adi-Maislinger-Straße 9, 81373 Munich, close to Heimeranplatz. Please note that you can enter the building by pressing the door opener, which will open the door automatically. If the button does not work, please ring at "Iwanson Sixt Stiftung GmbH" and the coach will open the door (before 7:00am and on the weekend). The studio is on the first floor to the right. Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, and with indoor shoes (the coach will exclude you from the workout if you arrive with outdoor shoes).
