Pyramid Strength is a full body strength workout, having 8 exercises executed in 2 rounds. Each exercise has 3 levels of work with different timing for the execution, 22s, 24s & 26 seconds with 5 second break in between and a 20 second switch break between the stations. Finishing with a 50 seconds long break between the 2 rounds.These strength base exercises will help you to get a stronger body, more energy and higher muscle endurance with high after burn effect.
