Meet Henri — a coach who brings the heat, the energy, and the smile to every session. With a background in CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Hybrid training, Henri knows how to make you move safer, faster, and stronger. Now in his third HYROX season, he’s all about helping you find that extra gear — whether you’re chasing your personal best or just showing up for a great sweat. Expect clear coaching, good vibes, and a class that’ll leave you fired up for more.

Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
