Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your performance or build a more powerful routine, this is where the work happens. All levels are welcome. The studio is located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 19, just a 10-minute walk from U Kottbusser Tor. When you reach house number 19, go through the open driveway for firefighters. After walking about 20 meters, you'll notice a metallic fence on your left. Follow the fence for about 30 meters and enter through the metallic door next to it. Once inside, find the building door and go down one floor to reach the gym! 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ Changing rooms, toilets, and showers on-site ✔️ Safe space for your belongings in the changing rooms ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
