*Please read our hygiene updates and workout rules below* When it comes to working out, STRENGTH & CARDIO will really test your power. 45 minutes combining strength and cardio exercises in quick succession, you’ll burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a smile. There are four stations to conquer; each involving high-speed cardio and slower strength exercises. The challenge is to keep up with both the pace and power for each of the 23 second bursts. You will receive your own personal equipment for the workout, that won't be shared with other participants. Equipment is cleaned after each class and all other hygiene rules apply. FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to intermediate - you will do just fine by starting slow through round 1 & 2, using lower weights and only increasing your speed as you feel comfortable HYGIENE UPDATES: Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and will give you more information about our hygiene protocol before the class. Our rules for each workout: - A minimum distance of 1.5m between each person - Please wear a mask before the workout until you reach your station and put the mask on directly after workout once you leave your station - Disinfect your hands before and after the workout- No physical contact at all - A towel is mandatory - Extensive coach hygiene protocol BERLIN ONLY: - Please bring a proof of negative rapid antigen test (PoC) result or a negative PCR test result for Covid-19 that is not older than 24 hour OR proof of a full vaccination for Covid-19 which was completed 14+ days ago OR proof of a prior infection with Covid-19, which is older than 28 days but not older than six months OR proof of a prior infection with Covid-19 and one vaccine dose to the workout - You can get daily free tests in public tests centers
