This format alternates strength training with cardio drills to deliver the ultimate hybrid workout. 8 stations alternating between strength and cardio. 2 sets per station: 35s work, 10s rest. Change station: 20s. 2 total rounds. 1-minute long break in between. Balance strength and cardio to challenge muscular endurance and conditioning.
Omololu’s ongoing journey towards optimal physical health and well-being began in the streets of Lagos playing football (unavoidably clichéd)… and now resides in a space that combines activities such as resistance training, dancing, boxing and running. From the elderly wishing to improve their ability to carry out activities of daily living, to high performance Olympic-level athletes seeking that extra 0.0009%, Omololu has infused his experience from a vast and varied setlist of profiles. A Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science, as well as a Masters degree in Health Science, has equipped Omololu with the adequate theoretical basis needed to approach and assist individuals from all walks of life, with the necessary practical information needed to optimise their own physical and overall health.
Getting there: The studio is located at Boxhagener Straße 77. Walk to the left past the store "Humana," and after about 50 meters, you'll reach our studio in the first courtyard. PLEASE NOTE - Showers, toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
