Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Tiffany

Tiffany brings a unique mix of sky-high energy and sunny vibes from California, where she grew up very active, spent lots of time outdoors, and also was a HIIT coach. Now in the studios of Berlin she’ll motivate you to beat your personal bests no matter which level you’re at, while keeping attention on good form. She’s always looking to make workouts both challenging and creative, making sure you have fun as she pushes you to improve in each class.

You can also reach us via Alexanderplatz (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, or tram) in just a few minutes on foot.
