Description
With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

My name is Paul, a passionate and dedicated group coach with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science. As an active American football player, I bring firsthand experience and deep understanding of athletic training to my coaching approach. With my expertise and enthusiasm, I will empower individuals to achieve their athletic goals, fostering a supportive and motivating environment for growth and success. Join a sessions with me for a transformative and fun sports experience that combines knowledge, skill, and unwavering encouragement.

Right next to the U Rosenthaler Platz entrance on Brunnenstraße, you will find our studio in the second backyard of the building saying "Dieses Haus stand früher in einem anderen Land". Come down the stairs to train in our cozy, but legendary Mitte studio! Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. The showers are mixed and not separated in the individual changing rooms. If you want to use the showers, please bring your own flip-flops for safety and hygiene reasons.
