Description

A strength-focused format built on sustained effort, with extended reps that keep your muscles under pressure—building stamina, resilience, and lasting strength. What to expect: Cardio components to warm you up, short rest times between sets to exhaust your muscles and build muscular endurance, 10-15 reps per set. Mechanics: 8 strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 2 back-to-back sets of 34 seconds, with a 9 second break. 2 rounds in total, which means yo go through each station twice.

About Your Coach, Joanna

Meet Joanna, a certified health and strength coach who believes training builds strength, confidence, and resilience - inside and out. With a 15-year dance background she brings a love for movement quality, music and rhythm, creating workouts that are challenging yet energetic and fun. Her coaching is kind, precise, and inclusive, focusing on technique, range of motion and connection. Joanna is driven by growth, and encourages clients to step out of their comfort zone safely, with a strong and mindful presence. Located in the heart of XBerg, you will find our studio in a quiet backyard. Just cross the driveway until you reach the second backyard, then keep left. Please DO NOT park your bike in front of the parking spot for cars. Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed.
