Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains and race against others in the epic ride that uses our heart rate technology and our state of the art STAGES bikes. We believe the bike, the beat, the instructor and the group are a unique combination. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier so we can sort out your shoes and give you proper instructions about the bike setup. Thank you for your assistance. IMPORTANT: SPECIAL REGULATIONS DUE TO COVID-19 -not all bikes will be used to keep the distance -wear a mask upon entry until you reach your bike in the ride room -Showers can't be used at the moment -Max. 4 people at the same time per changing room to keep the 1.5m distance -all used bikes and shoes will be disinfected after every workout -towels will be washed at 90 degrees after every session -sanitize hands upon arrival -receive your sensor from your coach (no self-service) -keep distance before, after and during the class - just air high fives allowed :) BERLIN ONLY: -Please bring a proof of negative rapid antigen test (PoC) result or a negative PCR test result for Covid-19 that is not older than 24 hour OR proof of a full vaccination for Covid-19 which was completed 14+ days ago OR proof of a prior infection with Covid-19, which is older than 28 days but not older than six months OR proof of a prior infection with Covid-19 and one vaccine dose to the workout - You can get multiple free tests per week in public tests centers

We hate to do this, but we can't make any exceptions to make sure the class starts on time IMPORTANT: YOUR FIRST RIDE AT BEAT81 Please be at the gym minimum 15min before the workout starts to get our on-boarding to explain our safety rules and to set up your bike. If you are late, we cannot guarantee you an on-boarding and without it it is impossible to participate. So please make sure to be on time!
