Description

With Strength - Double Set you challenge your muscles to grow. You will spend 30 seconds on one strength exercise, break for 13 seconds to recover (and potentially increase or decrease your weights), then do the same exercise for another 30 seconds. Only after this Double Set, you rotate to the next strength exercise. The workout has 8 exercises and 2 rounds. This ensures that you are pushing your muscles to their limit, forcing them to adapt for your next class - meaning you are getting stronger.

About Your Coach, Tim

Tim is a certified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer from Berlin. It was the Canoe Racing sport that has brought him to the combination of Strength & Endurance training in his teens and it‘s been his passion ever since. You ask Tim if he‘s down for some fitness stuff – he‘s already ringing your doorbell! Whether you’re new to that whole fitness thing and ready to crush it or even an advanced athlete who wants to bring their performance to the next level, with over a decade of active experience in the field of fitness, as well as pushing various people to their goal as a Personal Trainer, Tim can‘t wait now to support you on your fitness journey with all his energy and dedication here at Beat81.
