Description

Perfect for: - Team spirit - Improved metabolism - Increased muscular endurance Workout sequence: Explanation - Our coach will show you a standard and advanced version of each exercise and explain the basics of the BEAT81 concept. Main workout - 4 rounds of 6 stations. At each station we perform a strength exercise for 30 seconds and a high-intensity cardio exercise for 18 seconds. We then have 10 seconds to move on to the next station. There is a 50-second break between rounds. Challenge - At the end of each class, the whole group comes together to do a fun 2-minute challenge for a collective last push and some team spirit. Cooldown - Our coach will guide you through some stretches for the muscles you used during the class. This will help you relax your breath, become more flexible, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Exercise focus: Circuit Pump is a metabolic conditioning (MetCon) workout which pairs consecutive intervals of heavy load strength exercises with shorter, fast bursts of high intensity cardio. This workout will fill you with lots of positive energy because the whole group comes together for the cardio intervals at the same time before moving on to the next strength exercise. The real challenge is pacing yourself, but the group will keep you going and you will feel amazing after four rounds. Example exercises: High knees, touchdowns, deadlifts, snatches, pushups, russian twists, squats, lunges, thrusters, burpees What to bring? - Workout shoes - A towel - Something to drink
