Get ready to conquer 3 rounds of 4 stations, each combining a high-speed cardio and a slower strength exercise in quick succession to make you burn fat, build lean muscle and leave with a huge smile =) Each interval is only 23 seconds long - enough time to push your limits!

Hey, ich bin Manu, 27 Jahre alt, und bin seit meiner Kindheit absolut sportbegeistert. Meine Leidenschaft liegt im Hyrox, Crossfit und im Fitnessbereich. Mir ist es wichtig mit euch sportlich an die Grenzen zu gehen, dabei Spass zu haben und mit einem guten Gefühl aus dem Workout zu gehen. Egal ob ihr Anfänger oder Profis seid, jeder ist bei meinem Training Willkommen. Also wenn ihr Lust auf Schwitzen, Spaß am Sport, Austesten eurer Grenzen und Muskelkater habt, dann kommt in mein Workout und lasst uns die Hütte abreißen!!!

Welcome to our first own Indoor Gym in Munich! The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. Get ready for the full-on BEAT81 experience - can't wait to see you there! Indoor shoes are a must ! Please be aware the coach can refuse to let you train if you come with outdoor shoes! This location unfortunately does not have showers. If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction. Toilets are available.
