Control every lift with this workout designed to build muscles through time in tension with slow, controled movements. All levels welcome. What to expect: No cardio components and short embedded rest time to recover between sets and stations. Aim for 6-8 reps per exercise -> If you can do more, go heavier. Your last rep should be challenging. Mechanics: 8 control strength stations, in which you will complete the same exercise for 3 back-to-back sets of 35 seconds, with a 30 second break in between for muscle recovery. 1 round in total , which means you only go through each station once.

Meet Christian, a dynamic and experienced coach with over 10 years in the fitness industry. A Level 3 Certified PT and TRX Qualified Trainer, he brings energy, expertise, and a passion for high-intensity workouts to every session. As a keen runner, cyclist, and half-Ironman finisher, Christian knows what it takes to push limits and achieve peak performance. Embedded between two restaurants you will find our studio in the basement of the red house on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 17. Come down the stairs to train on over 400m² with state-of-the-art cardio machines! Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please be aware it is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes in order to participate in the workout. We cannot allow anyone training barefoot or shirtless at our locations. Pets are not allowed. We recently introduced our new "Bring your own lock" locker solution. Feel free to bring your own padlock to store your personal belongings in the changing rooms during the workout.
