Each set increases in duration (20 → 22 → 24 seconds) with 5 seconds rest between sets. You have 20 seconds to change stations. The studio is conveniently located at Klaus-Mann-Platz 1, directly at Arnulfpark, close to S Hackerbrücke and tram stop Deroystraße. Please note that the entrance of the studio is directly on the other side of the office building which is located at Erika-Mann-Straße 9. Thus, go to Erika-Mann-Straße 9, go across the street and you'll find our indoor gym Hackerbrücke. 💪 We’ve got you covered: ✔️ If possible, come directly in your sportswear, as the changing rooms are still in construction, toilets on-site ⚡ Important Info: Please bring your own towel and water bottle. Clean indoor shoes are mandatory for all workouts — no barefoot or shirtless training allowed. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
